Meagan, Wallace, and Kelly Griffin enjoying VegFest in Portland, Oregon.
VegFests are the best! Attending a VegFest is a great way to sample yummy food (for free!), meet other vegetarians and vegans, and learn more about animal-friendly organizations and businesses. The majority of VegFests are also family-friendly, with many even having a separate area just for kids.
Below is a list of 2016 VegFests. We have confirmed that they are either family-friendly and/or have a separate kids’ area. Even though a few of them have already happened, we kept them on the list so you know the time of year they will take place next year. If there isn’t an exact date listed, that means the date hasn’t been announced yet, so make sure to check that VegFest’s website and/or Facebook page for updates. VegFests are becoming more popular, so odds are there is a VegFest near you. If not, why not start organizing the first ever VegFest in your area!

* Hope to have a kids’ area this year.
