These cookies are loved by vegans and non-vegans alike. Once you bring them to an event or make them for your children’s friends, they are sure to ask for them again. Nothing fancy about this recipe – just mix all the ingredients together, place on cookie sheet and bake!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of your favorite peanut butter
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (may need a little more if your batter is too thick)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup oats
1 cup carob chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 415 degrees
Mix all ingredients together in mixer
Drop dough onto cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper) by tablespoons about one to two inches apart
